Payment options

Payment is by:

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal – Australian and overseas customers
  • direct debit – Australian customers only

Packaging

Please contact me if you have multiple items, the following descriptions are for individual items.

Dolls:

  • individually wrapped in tissue paper
  • second layer will be recycled bubble wrap
  • single doll will be sent in a padded mail bag

Brooches:

  • each brooch is in its individual recycled paper box (also perfect for storage when brooch not being worn) to enable the brooch to reach you in pristine condition
  • this individual recycled paper box will be sent to you inside a small mailing box, packed with recycled shredded paper to limit movement and damage to your precious purchase
  • the small mailing box can accommodate two individual brooch packages – for larger orders contact me and I will let you know the extra postage

Headbands:

  • individually wrapped in tissue paper
  • packaged in a small mailing box
  • the small mailing box can accommodate other items

Pouches, other items:

  • individually wrapped in tissue paper
  • packaged in small padded mailing envelope for individual items (or two)
  • packaged in small mailing box if several items

Postage and shipping

Within Australia

  • will be shipped within 2-3 business days, after payment received
  • sent by Australia Post snail mail
  • if sending as a gift to another person, please use their address for shipping
  • Registered Post is available at an extra cost – contact me for this
  • Express Post is available at an extra cost and has a tracking number – contact me for this
  • I take no liability for loss by Australia Post

Estimated delivery time within Australia:

  • allow 5 to 6 business days
  • Express Post allow 2 days

International shipping:

  • New Zealand - seven business days
  • United States - six business days
  • United Kingdom - eight business days
  • Italy – nine business days
  • Other countries – email me through the contact page and I will advise shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Responsibilities for international buyers:

  • responsible for any customs duties or taxes relevant to the country the purchase is sent to
  • returns not accepted due to high customs duties imposed


Returns and refunds

Seller responsibilities:

  • exchange/refund for valid reason – eg, incorrect item sent, damage during shipping

Buyer responsibilities:

  • notify within seven days of purchase arising if an exchange/refund is required
  • cancellation of custom orders during production stage – pay a 25% cancellation fee
  • responsible for the return shipping costs
  • responsible for associated costs if not returned in its original condition and packaging
